1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using mytiny.business ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
mytiny.business is a SaaS platform that provides business management tools including customer management, quoting, project management, invoicing, payment tracking, expense tracking, inventory management, and task management for solo professionals and small businesses.
3. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered at $4.99/month or $50/year, billed through PayPal. A 14-day free trial is available without requiring payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Trial Period
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment information is required to start the trial. At trial expiration, accounts without an active subscription enter a restricted mode where data is preserved but create/update actions are blocked.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data, maintaining the security of your account, and complying with applicable laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to violate intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt to access other users' data. Violations may result in account termination.
7. Data and Privacy
Your business data is isolated from other tenants. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business losses resulting from Service unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
